Peruvian Ceviche

Fresh fish and shrimps are swimming in the lime juice, and then it cooked, what a magic.


When summer hit. you will thank to have this dish to get through the heat.

you don't even need to turn on the gas and either oil for this "cooking"

here only few steps to prepare this delicious Peruvian ceviche :


RECIPE-

Fresh raw & high quality fish filets (any white meat fish ) & shrimps

1 onion, chopped,

1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, from about 3 key limes,

1 big tomatoe, without seeds

fresh cilantro ( basil ) ,

sprinkle of Salt & pepper to taste

Finely chopped cilantro to taste


STEPS-

Prepare a bowl of lime juice to cover up all the fish & shrimps, mixed with all the chopped vegetables, add sprinkle of salt & pepper, and finely chopped cilantro or basil.

let all the ingredients rest in the fridge for 1 hour , until the fish color turn white. and then it means cooked and ready to serve, don't forget a glass of white wine :P

P.s if you have concern about Raw fish & shrimps, you can boil them into water a little bit,But do not worry, the acidity of the lime juice can actually “cooks” the seafood. :)
