Mango! It is seasonal fruits in Taiwan, very sweet and juicy.I already make this dessert with mango many time such as mango tarts and mango panna cotta.Yummy. As mango is contained a lot of sugar ,so I reduce the amount of sugar on mousse part. But it is up to you to add more if you are a sweet tooth.
Recipes-
Mango x 4. (2 for mango flower,2 for juice & puree)
Sweet cookie dough 200g. (How to make cookie dough)
Mousse Ingredients-
Unsalt Butter 200ml +Sugar 20g
Mongo puree300g+Lemonade (1 )20-30ml + Sugar25g
Gelatin 12g
