I am a person who Highly addicted to APPLE, I usually eat apple everyday in my breakfast , like quote " an apple a day , keep the doctor away." I simple love those red peel, semi sweet and healing aroma in a crunchy fruit.

Remain fresh and color
If you'd like apple remain the same red peel and fresh ? You definitely need this advice and technic to make your rose apple tart even more beautiful, the most importantly, I do not use any artificial ingredient to make dessert. It's all about real and natural.
First of all, Try to buy the apple which is red , the more red the better, there is no better variety of apple, you can purchase the apple you like from any country. For the upper rose shape decoration, I suggest you to use U.S fuji apple. For the stuffing, use Japan honey apple which makes your apple tarts even more premium.
Stuffing Ingredients :
4/5 Apples
Sugar 30g, ( Put more if you want more sweet.)
Lemon x 2 ,
Butter, 70g
Cinnamon powder 1or 2 table spoon. ( 1 for flavor, 2 more more colored )
Prepared few 4 inch baked pies .(better to bake 80%, after fill in stuffings, bake them together for 180 C for 10~15 minutes.
Topping - ( Choose A or B - less calories )
A. Cut off apple equally and thin ,then put them into lemonade and into melt butter for 10 minutes, later you will see those slices are soften.
B. Put sliced apple in lemonade and sugar for 10 minutes. and small heat to cook all of them to soften.
Stuffing -
Chopped all the apples into small pieces, as much small as better, cook them in small heat with lemonade and sugar , add a table spoon cinnamon powder.
