Bacon Onion Quiche

Talk about traditional french food, never miss the quiches. Some cooking cream, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, adding some bacon and sweet peppers, salty cheese tart carried all those flavors , hmm ... the rich aroma comes out from the oven, mixed the burnt bacon fragrance, what could I ask more ?


Go Meaty or Vegetarian

Up to you, you can also make a vegetable one.

Salty Cheese Dough,

75g Milk, 150g Cooking Cream,

4 Eggs,

1/4 TBs Salt,

1/4 TBs Pepper, 250g Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled,

1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (4 oz), 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Half chopped onions,
