Thin crust pizza & vegetables

My very first time of making a pizza was in my hometown with grandmother,

she is still my inspiration even she passed away 1 year ago.

I remember she always spoiled us with delicious meals but also letting us to join the kitchen sometimes. It was always fun for me to cook with her.

As a traditional Chinese/Taiwanese, we make our dough for noodles, and Pizza. :P

She used to make thick crust pizza with a lot of bacon, cheese, some vegetables.

But I like thin crispy crust better, so If would make any kind of pizza,

definitely I will make it as Thing crust one.

Vegetables Pizza Recipe -

Pizza Dough 100g

Eggplant x 1

Tomatoe x 1

Mushrooms few

Basil

Mozzarella Cheese

Tomatoes Sauce( here you can use pizza sauce from can, but I use tomato sauce instead.)

Sprinkle papper & salt (depends)

Put it in the oven for heat 180' 20 minutes,Bon appetite. :)
